The following investments were made out of predecessor funds:

Arbor Health Care Co. – Lima, OH
Operates nursing homes and sub-acute care facilities primarily in Florida and North Carolina. The Company completed an initial public offering in 1993, and was subsequently acquired by Extendicare in November 1997.

BancWest Bancorp, Inc. – Austin, TX
A community bank holding company, which acquired banks in small Texas towns. The Company was sold to First Interstate in March 1994.

Centennial HealthCare – Atlanta, GA
Owns and manages geriatric healthcare facilities. The Company completed an initial public offering in July 1997, and was subsequently acquired by Hilltopper Holding Corp. in June 2000.

Ganymede Software, Inc. – Research Triangle Park, NC
Develops network management application software. The Company was sold to NetIQ in March 2000.

InterCall, Inc. – West Point, GA
Provides telephone conferencing services. The Company was sold to West Corporation in March 2003.

JRL Systems, Inc. – Austin, TX
Develops, manufactures, markets and supports electronic equipment to process computer-generated graphics data. The Company was sold to Network Technologies PLC in July 1997.

MainBancorp, N.A. – Austin, TX
A community bank holding company which has multiple locations in Texas. The Company was sold to Prosperity Bancshares in November 2003.

MTL, Inc. – Plant City, FL
Provides specialized tank trucking services. The Company completed an initial public offering in 1994, was taken private in 1998 and completed a public offering as Quality Distribution in November 2003. (NASDAQ: QLTY)

Outback Steakhouse, Inc. – Tampa, FL
Operates a chain of casual dining steakhouse restaurants featuring Western Australian decor, as well as Carrabba’s Italian restaurants. (NASDAQ: OSI) The Company completed an initial public offering in June 1991. (NYSE: OSI)

Powertel, Inc. – West Point, GA
A personal communications service (PCS) provider. The Company completed an initial public offering in February 1994 and was subsequently acquired by Deutsche Telekom in May 2001.

Premiere Cinemas - Knoxville, TN
Operated movie theaters in small and medium-sized markets in the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast. The Company was acquired by Cinemark in October 1989.

Primis, Inc. – Atlanta, GA
Provides appraisals, flood determinations, title searches and other related intelligence to the mortgage industry through traditional and electronic channels. The Company was sold to LandAmerica Financial Group in November 2000.

Regal Cinemas, Inc. – Knoxville, TN
Operates movie theaters in small and medium-sized markets in the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast. The Company completed an initial public offering in 1993, was taken private in 1998 and completed a public offering as Regal Entertainment Group in May 2002. (NYSE: RGC).

Operated and acquired AM and FM radio stations in mid-sized markets. The Company was sold to Jacor Communications, Inc. in February 1997.

Southeast Health Plan, Inc. – Birmingham, AL
Owned and operated a health maintenance organization as well as an administrative and claims paying service. The Company was sold to PCA in November 1994.

Symbion, Inc. – Nashville, TN
Develops and manages surgery centers throughout the United States. The Company completed an initial public offering in February 2004. (NASDAQ: SMBI)

TxPort, Inc. – Huntsville, AL
Designs, manufactures and markets digital transmission equipment for the telecommunications industry. The Company was sold to Verilink in November 1998.
